Otto’s pursuit of knowledge and professional growth led him to Boise State University, where he obtained his degree as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. This achievement marked a significant turning point in his career, enabling him to take on a more comprehensive role in patient care.
Otto’s journey eventually brought him to the picturesque town of Rifle, Colorado. Much like the rural areas that resonate with him due to his upbringing, Rifle became his chosen place to serve and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. His philosophy of patient care is deeply rooted in the belief that individuals should have the freedom to choose the treatment options that align most closely with their personal beliefs and values. He recognizes that every patient is unique and that tailoring their care to reflect their preferences is essential for achieving the best possible outcomes.
For Otto, the ultimate goal of healthcare is not just treating illness but also empowering patients to reclaim their lives and return to the activities they love. This, he believes, adds a significant quality to their lives and is a crucial aspect of holistic patient care.
Outside of his professional life, Otto is a true enthusiast of all that Colorado has to offer. He immerses himself in the natural beauty and recreational opportunities that abound in the Centennial State. You can often find him embarking on Jeeping adventures, exploring the scenic hiking trails, perfecting his golf game, indulging in mountaineering challenges, and camping under the starry Colorado skies. Moreover, his personal life is enriched by the presence of his fiancé, Courtney, and their loyal four-legged companion, Sadie, who often accompany him on his outdoor escapades.

Carly Stillman, PA-C, is a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Associate specializing in aesthetics with over six years of experience in neuromodulator injections, biostimulator injections, and dermal filler treatments. She holds a degree in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado and a Master’s in Medical Science from Saint Francis University and is board certified by the NCCPA.
Carly takes a holistic approach to aesthetic care, focusing on her clients’ overall health and wellness. She believes in treating the patient as a whole, ensuring that her aesthetic treatments align with each individual’s natural beauty and wellness goals. Carly is passionate about facial balancing through injectables, using her expertise to create harmony and enhance her clients’ features with a natural and rejuvenated look.
Outside of work, Carly is extremely passionate about anti-aging, fitness, and health. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle in the Roaring Fork Valley through hiking, biking, trail running, rafting, and functional fitness such as weight lifting. Carly also loves spending time with her family and embracing the natural beauty of the area.

Alison has been a practicing Medical Aesthetician and Laser Specialist since 1998. She has been a Colorado enthusiast since 1997 and is a “Boy Mom” to two adult sons whom she adores. Alison spent the first 15 years of her aesthetic career under the guidance of a talented Plastic Surgeon in Glenwood Springs, Colorado where she was a pioneer of her time by learning to operate her first laser in 2002. In 2013, Alison joined a high-caliber dermatology practice, Aspen Dermatology and for those 8 years, she expanded and perfected her knowledge of fractionated lasers, light-based lasers, radio frequency treatments, microneedling treatments, chemical peels, cutting edge medical skincare products and body sculpting treatments. Working alongside some of the best physicians in the Roaring Fork Valley, Alison has spent over half her life helping guide her clients to rejuvenated and healthy skin through education, treatment, and maintenance.
Alison is Californian by birth, Texan by heart, Coloradan by choice. Outside of work, Alison’s list of interests is endless. You will most likely find her on her mountain bike, in her garden talking to her flowers, booking an obscure adventure, ordering up a flight of Mezcal to taste with her guy, baking something sweet in her kitchen or chasing a random sunset with her dogs. Alison is the true definition of a Renaissance woman.

She received her Medical Doctorate at Creighton University and did her Residency Training in OB-GYN at University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is board-certified by the American Board of OB-GYN and has specialty certifications in Advanced Hormone Optimization by The Academy of Preventive and Innovative Medicine. Dr Glode is passionate about health and well-being. She incorporates a holistic approach with balancing hormones, supplements, nutrition and exercise to enhance the quality of life for her patients.
